Email jon@traditiodigitalis.com. We usually reply within a few working days. It helps if you tell us your phone model, whether you're on iPhone, iPad or Android, and which RaceCoach version you have.
Please don't send us your password: we'll never ask for it.
Subscriptions
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google. Manage them in your App Store subscriptions (iPhone and iPad) or your Google Play subscriptions (Android). Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules, so please ask them through the store you paid in. We can't issue refunds ourselves.
I've paid but the app still shows the Free plan
Make sure you're signed in to the same RaceCoach account you subscribed with, then tap Restore purchases in the app. If that doesn't fix it, email us.
What does each plan include?
Free keeps your data on your phone. Entry adds cloud sync for one boat and view-only crew. Pro adds a second boat, crew who can add and edit, and unlimited Vakaros imports. The full comparison is in our terms.
Your account
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. We'll email you a 6-digit code to set a new password. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account > Delete account. Without the app, see Delete your RaceCoach account.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Email us from the address you sign in with and we'll send you a copy.
Boats and crew
How do I add crew to my boat?
Crew invites are part of Entry and Pro. The boat owner creates an invite code in the app and shares it with the crew member, for example by message; the crew member enters the code in the app. A code expires after 48 hours.
Why can't my crew edit entries?
What crew can do follows the boat owner's plan. On Entry, crew can view; on Pro, crew can also add and edit.
Can I hand my boat over to someone else?
Yes, on Entry and Pro you can transfer ownership to a crew member, as long as their plan has a free boat slot.
Safety at sea
RaceCoach is a racing and training aid, not a navigation instrument. Don't rely on it for navigation or safety decisions.
